Q&A: Are there any TV wall mounts that move in the Vertical Direction?
Question by : Are there any TV wall mounts that move in the Vertical Direction?
I’m looking for a wall mount for my 42 inch plasma that can do it all. I want it to move in and out from the wall, pan left and right, and most importantly i would LOVE to be able to move it vertically up and down. I do not mean tilting, Does anyone know if this product exists? The up down movement is the most important part.

not aware of any that do this. i have a 37 and a 32 inch flat panel television both wall mounted. the 37 is on a flat mount that is fixed can’t be moved and the 32 is on an omni directional. it can do everything but go up and down. The ones I looked at show a fixed arm that would prevent vertical movement.

I’m not sure how far up and down you want to move, but an articulating wall mount moves in every direction and the Peerless wall mount I have in the bedroom moves a few inches up and down, in addition to every which other direction.
