i have a regular 20 inch tube tv and its on a wall stand, the tv is about 25-30 pounds, how long does that wall mount last because i have expensive stuff underneath it

Depends on the stand – the stand will have a weight limit advertised. It also depends if it’s mounted properly… If your using it within it’s design limits, it’ll probably last for a few hundred years, or until your house gets eaten by termites… It’s a silly question really – would they sell TV mounts if they are known to have a time limit?
